Running Solo in Domination Is Brutal – Anyone Else Struggling?

So I’m mostly a solo queue player, and I’ve always loved Domination. It gives you that mix of objective anbo6 bot lobby serviced action I’m looking for. But I gotta be honest—Black Ops 6 Domination is rough when you don’t have a team.

I’ve noticed that most random teammates either ignore the objective completely or go for the triple cap at the worst possible times, flipping spawns and messing everything up. When you’re trying to lock down A and B, and someone caps C while you’re holding lanes—it’s chaos.

Map awareness is key in this game, and without comms or coordination, it feels like a coin toss every time. I don’t think the game’s broken or anything, but Domination clearly rewards full stacks or at least 2–3 coordinated players. Running solo, you’re stuck playing damage control half the time.

That being said, I do appreciate that the game seems to reward objective play more. I’ve been consistently placing top of the scoreboard just by capturing and defending points, even with an average K/D. That’s a big improvement over older CODs where kills ruled everything.

Would love to hear if anyone has good strategies for solo queuing in Dom. Are you running smoke and Tac Mask? Or going full support and sticking near B all game? I’m open to tips because I still enjoy the mode—but man, it’s an uphill battle alone.
