Jelly Beans, Exchanges, and the “Weird Egg” – What’s the Deal?

So let’s talk about the Jelly Bean egg, which I think is the one confusing the most people in the MLB The Show 25 Egg Hunt. It’s the only egg that doesn’t tie to a direct action (like hitting or stealing). Instead, it involves collBuy mlb 25 stubsecting in-game items and doing an exchange.

Here’s how it works from what I’ve gathered:

Jelly Beans are a special item that randomly drop from Conquest, Mini Seasons, and sometimes Events. They’ll show up in your Inventory like Equipment or Exchangeable Items.

Once you have 15 of them, you need to go to the Programs > Exchanges menu, select the Jelly Bean option under the Egg Hunt tab, and turn them in.

Once you do, you’ll receive a message saying you’ve earned an egg and get progression in the Egg Hunt program.

I only realized I had Jelly Beans after playing Conquest for a while and going into my Inventory out of curiosity. They don’t notify you when you get one, which makes it easy to miss.

There’s also a weird rumor that if you collect extra Jelly Beans beyond the 15 required, they factor into some bonus reward or hidden tracker. I haven’t confirmed this myself, but it’s worth hoarding them just in case. Could be part of the “mysterious mission” some players are talking about.

Advice:

Play 3-inning Conquest maps repeatedly. They’re great for farming stubs, XP, and Jelly Beans at the same time.

You don’t need to conquer the whole map for Jelly Beans to drop. Just win games.

Don’t quick-sell them! Some people saw “+500 stubs” and dumped them not knowing they’re for the Egg Hunt.

If you’re stuck on your 10th egg and everything else seems done, this might be the one you’re missing. It’s sneaky, but once you know, it’s simple.
