I used to be one of those people who thought buying followers was just asking for trouble, but I had a moment where I just wanted to try something, anything, to change the momentum. I did a lot of reading first, though, because I didn’t want to end up with fake profiles cluttering my feed. What I landed on was this site that offered instagram followers $1, and the cool thing is the accounts actually looked legit—not like those empty bot pages. I started small to test it out, just to see how my engagement would respond. Weirdly enough, once I crossed a certain number, I noticed more people organically checking out my stuff. I guess people take your page more seriously when it looks like others already do. It didn’t change my content—I still put in the same effort—but I finally got some traction. Obviously, this isn’t a fix-all and you shouldn’t rely on it forever, but as a boost to get out of a rut? It made a real difference for me. Just don’t go overboard. Keep it balanced, and use it like a tool—not a replacement for the work you’re already doing.

Momentum feels like one of those things that shows up late and leaves early. You do everything right, play the game, and sometimes nothing happens. Then one random reel pops off and changes your whole week. Never know what’s around the corner.
